Dr. Taylor is a national OWCP – DOL subject matter expert consultant for federal workers’ compensation utilization review, billing & compliance. Over the past 30 years, Dr. Taylor has built a national reputation as a go-to advisor for hospitals, outpatient clinics, physical therapy clinics, business owners, medical providers, healthcare executives, and billing departments for healthcare practice management and compliance, with a particular focus on Federal Workers Compensation, medical utilization, healthcare compliance, and assisting with disputed and closed cases. Dr. Taylor has helped hundreds and hundreds of OWCP cases that were denied, closed, with consequential injuries, authorizations, and approvals of cases for surgeries, treatments, and scheduled awards for over two decades. He is trained as a legal consultant, utilization review registered nurse, advanced practice registered nurse, family nurse practitioner & chiropractic physician. Dr. Taylor is the OWCP Consultant for the prestigious Oberheiden Law Firm. He is also the Chief Operating Officer for SMT Consultants, TEC Consulting, and Managing Partner of DEA Medical Consultants.

Dr. Sullivan has been practicing for over 25 years in family & emergency medicine. She takes a holistic approach to healthcare, considering all aspects of our patients' physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Dr. Sullivan worked as an Army physician for 15 years of her military career. She has decades of experience treating federal healthcare, VA, and Federal work injuries and understands government forms. Dr. Sullivan's goal is to provide comprehensive care that addresses the root causes of health issues and promotes overall wellness, and assist in helping government workers recover from injuries and get back to work and their lives. Dr. Sullivan is licensed in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama.
